Accredited and Certified Personal Trainer through the ‘National Personal Training Institute’ in Sacramento, California and the ‘National Academy of Sports Medicine,’ Blair has experience as a Pre/Post Natal Doula along with her practice in Yoga, Corrective Exercise, Athletic Training and Physical Therapy.

For the past 18 years Blair has been teaching clients Holistic Tools for healthy lifestyle choices, such as proper nutrition, building dynamic exercise routines, and mindfulness practices. She enjoys working with a variety of training styles (including) Kettle Bell, TRX suspension training, traditional weight lifting, plyometrics, and yoga so that her clients can achieve and sustain optimal results over time. She thoroughly enjoys both indoor and outdoor activities and can effectively train in both terrains per individual need.

With 15 years of study in ‘Advanced Healing Arts’ such as Ayurvedic Medicine, Raja and Hatha Yoga, Chinese Herbal Medicine, and the endocannabinoid system, Blair has established a strong foundation as a ‘Wellness Coach’. She has experience working with a very diverse community base over the years, from youth sports to elder care and rehabilitation. Her love for both learning and teaching makes her a great Trainer/Coach for ALL fitness levels. She loves to work with clients 1 on 1 to customize their workout plans so that they can maximize their overall results. Blair has assisted Professional Athletes with recovery from chronic injuries using Yoga and Corrective Exercise methods. Blair is empathic, thoughtful, and highly in tune with the needs of her clients. She is an asset to any team/environment, and gives her all to helping others learn the techniques required to heal themselves. She believes strongly in the mind/body connection, and has been able to methodically overcome a great deal of adversity in her lifetime with these simple daily practices. She is dedicated to Community Service and the continuous advancement of her knowledge base.
