No system in the human body ever works alone, never gets injured alone, and never heals alone.

Your Body takes care of your Brain.

Your Brain takes care of your Body.

We use your Brain to Awaken your Body.

“Your brain - every brain - is a work in progress. It is 'plastic.' From the day we're born to the day we die, it continuously revises and remodels, improving or slowly declining, as a function of how we use it.”

-Michael Merzenich
PhD, Professor emeritus neuroscientist at the University of California, San Francisco.

It’s NOT Voodoo, Magic, or Jedi powers.

Our approach is based on the principles and science of neuroplasticity.

Through observation and movement assessment, we determine how well your brain is communicating with your body. We then teach you specific and effective “drills” to make your brain work better and communicate with your body more efficiently so that you can run faster, lift heavier, or move without pain.

Your goals and needs are what we are most passionate about.

All the Movement without the Pain

For individuals who are sick and tired of feeling
sick and tired.

All the Athleticism without the Fear

For individuals who seek new physical challenges, and thrive on breaking records.

All the Looks without the Shame

For individuals who want to look good with
or without clothes.

What is Neuroplasticity and why is it important for movement?

Neuroplasticity is the brain’s ability to rewire itself and adapt to changes, both good and bad. Negative changes, as in sedentary lifestyles, and physical or emotional traumas, lead to negative adaptations, as in pain, movement impairments, more injuries and other physical illnesses.

Positive changes lead to positive adaptations and promote pain-free movement, increased strength and flexibility, and overall health and well-being.

Ten Principles of Neuroplasticity

Use It or Lose It
Use It and Improve It
Specificity Matters
Repetition Matters
Intensity Matters
Time Matters
Saliency Matters
Age Matters
Transference
Interference
