Hi, my name is Osa. I’ve been a personal trainer for nearly 20 years and have worked with many wonderful clients. As you know, there are many ways to train and learn – through movement, strength training and rehabilitation. In fact, it’s one of my favorite things about what I do! I have a love of learning, discovering and exploring all different kinds of training methods. Some try to pigeon hole me into one modality but I just never feel fulfilled by that approach, even though I am all about knowledge and information.
In my opinion there is no wrong way to train specifically; everyone has their own story when it comes to finding their own path in life or sports! It takes courage to embrace change but if you try something out once or twice it helps open up new possibilities or learning opportunities. The key is being curious – always ask questions so you can get better at what you do; this will make you successful long term!
